Today is a day where I kinda feel down. It sucks, I know why, but I’m not going to post it right now because I don’t really want to talk about it or deal with it. What I am going to do is talk about my weekend. YAY!

So Friday night Dave and I went to the gym and then the mall afterwards, when we left there was tons and tons of snow everywhere. I guess being from California we aren’t used to it so we were super excited. It took us about an hour to get home because it seems that most people weren’t prepared for it to be snowing. Saturday comes around and I look out the window and see that everything is covered with snow, and lots of it. It was so pretty. I had a hair appointment scheduled that day and it was obviously cancelled because of the snow. Dave and I got up, got dressed and went and played in the snow, I made my first snow angel ever, which I would like to add that I am not very good at. Then we walked to Hill Center and got me coffee at Whole Foods and then walked back home and made a snowman-Dave did, I watched.

We noticed that the roads were pretty clear so we decided to go to Percy Warner Park, which is this freaking awesome park, and walk around in the snow again. We had a blast! I took so many pictures that I could not put all of them on here. BUT here are a few of my favorites. I believe I took all of these pictures, but Dave did take my camera from me a few times, but I think these are all mine. YAY! Then I went to work at Express and that was the end of that day.

On Sunday I went to a beginning scrapbooking class at my LSS and it was so much fun! I learned a lot and got to play a lot. This has really gotten me excited and revved up for our convention we are going to in 3 weeks. I am just so excited now! I learned that I am not very good at using a paper trimmer but that I have a lot of fun playing around. My friend Megan made an awesome Layout, and get this she doesn’t even scrapbook. Amanda was having fun too with her Cinco De Mayo pictures we took last year. That was soo much fun. I really like the colors she chose, very bright and bold. Love it! I did not finish my layout as Walgreens hadn’t printed my freakin pictures. So I started a layout and I really like how it’s turning out. I realized that I am not very creative and that I see things and want to make things like that but I cannot put that onto paper. I think that’s why I’m much better at Digital Scrapbooking. Because I don’t have to use that trimmer that I cant work and I don’t have to buy lots and lots of things that I won’t use because most things are freebies anyways. I’m not saying I can digital scrapbook very well but what I am saying is that I see more creatively through my computer.

Oh I also took my 365 pictures. Check them out.

Went shopping yesterday. Had a blast. There were tons of great sales going on. Dave and I realized that this is exactly why we go to work everyday–so we don’t go spending money. Oops. Oh well we had fun! Macys has a great sales going on. Dave got a ton of name brand sweaters (Calvin Klein, DKNY) for $14.95 each. Excellent! Then I found a bunch of nice shirts and little jacket things for $4.99 and a pretty dress for $9.99. Definitely not a bad deal!

I also went to Keihls and bought hand and body lotions. I got an almond scent and it smells freaking awesome and it makes me feel great. I also got a sample of a tinted moisturizer in medium. I really like it and want to buy it so hopefully I’ll get to buy it soon. I love Keihls. It totally rocks and makes my skin feel great! I wouldn’t buy anything else or anything from Wal-Mart. Those just dry out my face and that’s never good. Check out a few of my favorite things—————————————–>
